WHAT ARE THE JUDGES LOOKING FOR?
Competitors will be judged on symmetry, muscle development and tone, and overall stage presence and posing. Judges will be looking for a small degree of muscularity with no extreme striations visible. We are looking for a pleasant looking physique where the competitor is able to show excellent stage presence with effortless posing. Hair, make-up, suit, jewellery and tan should all complement the competitor’s figure overall.
