ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

– Competitors must be at least over the age of 18 to compete.

– Payment for your category will be taken on the day of registration. Cash payments only. The price is £20 per Amateur Category and £40 per Pro Category.

– Anybody is welcome to compete with NFMUK. There is no federation restriction. We run a friendly and positive environment.

– Beginner category is open to competitors who are in there first year in competing. This will start from the 1st January to 31st December. Checks will be made to ensure you have not competed in the previous year. If you are found out you will be disqualified from your class and will receive no refund.

– Tattoo Model Categories. Minimum requirements is at least 3 tattoos. Judges will rank competitors from highest to lowest depending on number if tattoos. Judges will then score the competitors based on there physique and stage presence.

– Fit Mums category is open to any female competitor with one or more child.

– You are able to compete in more than one category as long as you meet the category requirements.

– Any aggressive behaviour towards our backstage staff, fellow competitors and judges will result in instant disqualification and loss of category payment.

AGE CRITERIA

All Junior Categories – 23yrs and 364 days & under

All Masters Over 35s Categories – 35yrs and over

All Masters Over 45s Categories – 45yrs and over

All Other Categories – Open to all competitor

ON STAGE

– No props or gum are permitted on stage.

– Lying on the floor is prohibited.

– No bumping or shoving. Anyone involved in any aggressive behaviour will be disqualified.

– Competitor numbers to be worn on the left hand-side of your bottoms.

POSING CLOTHING

All Men’s Fitness Categories: Board Shorts

Men’s Physique Category: Swim Shorts

Men’s Muscle Category: Swim Trunks

All Bikini Model Categories:

– Competitors will compete in two-piece suit
– The bottom of the suit must be v-shaped
– Any colour/pattern of your suit is permitted
– No thongs permitted
– All swimsuits must be in good taste
– Competitors must wear high heels (4-6 inches)
– Competitors may wear jewellery
– Athletes will be scored down if suit not up to standard

POSING MUSIC

This will be provided by the show DJ.

HEIGHT CLASSES

If necessary the following splits will be made:

Men’s Short (Under 178cm)

Men’s Tall (Over 178cm)

Bikini Short (Under 164cm)

Bikini Tall (Over 164cm)

JUDGING CRITERIA BASED ON CATEGORIES

All Men’s Fitness Model Categories

Judges will be looking for the most marketable competitor displaying a lean, well-proportioned physique that projects a healthy lifestyle while also show confident stage presence.

Men’s Physique Model Category

Judges will be looking for a far leaner physique compared to the Men’s Fitness Model with more fuller muscles and will be marked on there legs.

25% Condition

Men’s Muscle Model Category

Judges will be looking for the competitors to be carrying far more size compared to the Men’s Fitness and Physique classes. Judges will be expecting a higher quality in muscle maturity and condition.

All Other Men’s Classes

All other classes will be scored on based on the Men’s Fitness and Men’s Physique rules. Anyone who fits the Men’s Muscle guidelines would be asked not to compete in other categories.

All Bikini Fitness Model Category

Judges will be looking for a well toned, balance, healthy physique portraying excellent stage presence and marketability. Competitors are encouraged to showcase their physiques in a elegant way that represents a desirably lean and healthy lifestyle.

Bikini Athletic Model Category

Judges will be looking for a far leaner physique with more muscle maturity (training physique). Competitors will still be scored on their symmetry and stage presence.

Bikini Figure Model Category

Judges will be looking for a dryer physique that is both well-conditioned and lean muscular definition. Judges will be you on your shape, symmetry and your posing abilities.

All Other Bikini Classes

All other classes will be scored based on the rules of Bikini Fitness & Athletic Bikini Fitness rules and posing.

Round 1: I Walks. Consisting of 6 poses total. Competitors choice of what poses they wish to perform.

Round 3: Comparisons. Judges will call out competitors for further quarter turns posing. Judges have the ability to bring out as many competitors as they like.
